They always have a very clean store and furniture! Never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They were honest and the pricing is fair! The store manager is a great guy!

I love this website. They show the products that they sell with the actual price, the actual payment and down payment so you are not in the dark and know what to expect if you decide to make a purchase. No haggling, no hidden fees and if their weekly promotion advertises $1 down, then that's what you pay for your first week.

That rent a center crew is amazing the delivery drivers Johnny and Brian are respectful and delivery was fast and efficient. Kalisha sold me on a living room. Shawn also made me feel like I was more then just a customer. The new girl that transferred from Leavenworth store is amazing.. great team they go above and beyond for their Customers

Very helpful and went above and beyond. With my health issue it was a struggle more then not to pay on time. And they worked with me every step of the way until it was paid off. I will forever be a customer for State Ave store.

Kayla greeted me and assisted me from the moment I walked in the front door. Outstanding customer service skills. She was friendly, informative, experienced, and professional! I had just peeked inside your competition at Aaron's and couldn't get good customer service with undivided attention so I came to Rent a Center and had the pleasure of meeting Kayla. So glad I shopped around, not just for product but customer service and relations that are critical to consumers and this location on State Avenue exceeded my expectations and standards!!!
